Falken is Premium Partner of the first electric go-kart track in Frankfurt am Main

Two Falken-branded electric go-karts and the Falken logo in a curve at the start and finishing line are decorating Frankfurt's first and only indoor electric go-kart track, which opens in the first week of September 2019.

Two of the 30 electric go-karts on the starting grid are in the typical Falken teal and blue design. Fitted with high-performance 2 x 2.8 kW electric motors, the carts can reach speeds of up to 75 km/h on the approximately 600-metre-long track. The karts are environmentally friendly and run on green energy, a large portion of which is generated by a photovoltaic system on the roof of the 10,000 square metre hall.

In addition to perimeter advertising, the Premium Partnership between the tyre brand and Eco Kart GmbH comprises various measures for capitalising on this partnership further in the Frankfurter Berg district. Amongst other things, this includes placing videos on monitors in the bistro area of the kart race track, as well as other presentation options through digital video displays and tyre displays.

“Falken is closely linked with motorsport and stands for high-performance tyres like no other brand,” said Dennis Wilstermann, who is responsible for marketing at Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, commenting on the partnership. “We were excited by the idea of supporting this electric go-kart track straight away.”
