THE AUTOPROMOTEC 2022: Falken presents its current and future offering with a view to e-mobility

Falken is attending the AUTOPROMOTEC trade show (Bologna, 25-28 May) with a 194 square metre stand (Hall 20, A16/A22/B22). The tyre brand which belongs to Sumitomo Rubber Industries, the fifth largest tyre manufacturer in the world, will be presenting several highlights from its wide range of products for passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks and truck tyres.

These highlights will include the new winter tyres from Falken: the EUROWINTER HS02 and the EUROWINTER HS02 Pro, both of which have the Advanced 4D Nano Design technology and convince with their conservation of resources and innovative technological attributes.

Of the summer models, the AZENIS FK520 stands out, which is the latest version of the award-winning UHP that was introduced in 2016. The AZENIS FK520 combines grip, reliability, performance and efficiency. With this tyre, Falken has brought together its entire know-how in the areas of material development and simulation technology: the result is an exceptionally efficient premium product.

Fabrizio Manfredi, Sales Manager for Italy and Malta at Falken comments on the trade show: “We are very much looking forward to the Autopromotec. The event is the ideal showcase for presenting our products, explaining the latest technologies in detail and promoting the Falken Zone partner programme, which was introduced last year. And it is also a great opportunity for meeting our partners and customers in person after such a long break.”

An additional highlight which will be on show is a model of the first tyre developed especially for electric vehicles, the Falken “e.ZIEX”, which is to be launched as the first spare tyre for the vehicle segment in Europe for the summer season of 2023. The Falken “e.ZIEX” is set to be one of the best tyres in terms of energy efficiency that the Sumitomo Group has ever developed and manufactured.
