Falken forgoes Christmas gifts for business partners and donates to local organisations in Offenbach

Instead of giving Christmas gifts to business partners, Falken Tyre Europe GmbH (Falken) is once again demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility this year. The company is donating a total of €5,000, divided almost equally among three charitable organisations in Offenbach. Falken is also continuing its support for the Deutschlandstipendium, a scholarship programme for talented students funded through a partnership between the state and private sponsors.

The donations will go to four institutions in Offenbach that are particularly dedicated to social engagement and education. These include the Offenbach University of Art and Design, which Falken is supporting for the fifth time to foster creative young talent. Another recipient is the Offenbach Children’s and Youth Farm, a place where children can experience nature and take part in educational activities. The Maltese Children’s Hospice Service will also receive a donation to provide care and support for seriously ill children and their families. In addition, Wildhof Addiction Counselling, which offers help and advice to people struggling with addiction, will be supported.

“Especially during the Christmas season, we want to think not only of our business partners, but also of the people and projects that enrich and support our region. With our donation, we aim to make a contribution that has a direct local impact,” says Markus Bögner, Managing Director and President of Falken Tyre Europe GmbH.

With these initiatives, Falken continues its tradition of social responsibility and support for local projects.
