Falken Motorsports with solid starting position for the ADAC TotalEnergies 24h Race at Nürburgring

After two days of practice, Falken Motorsports has established a solid starting position for the 50th ADAC TotalEnergies 24h Race at Nürburgring: The number 33 Porsche 911 GT3 R will start the race from 25th position, the number 44 sister car is following from 33rd.

"The result is not exactly what we aiming, but the race is long and a lot can happen here in the Green Hell. Last year, we didn't have the best starting position either and ultimately finished the race in fourth place," commented Markus Bögner, COO and President of Falken Tyre Europe.

More would have been possible for Falken Motorsports. Frenchman Patrick Pilet, who will be the only one of the seven Falken pilotes to drive both cars, missed out the final Top 20 qualifying by just 0.4 seconds. This shows that the two cars with around 550 hp are competitive. Jaxon Evans, Sven Müller, Patrick Pilet, Marco Seefried (#33) will start the race from 25th position, Klaus Bachler, Alessio Picariello, Patrick Pilet and Martin Ragginger follow in 33rd.

The ADAC TotalEnergies 24h race, which will be watched by tens of thousands of spectators on site for the first time after a two-year break, starts tomorrow at 4:00 pm. The TV station NITRO will broadcast the action from 1:40 pm in a 27-hour non-stop live show. Falken fans will also receive all further information and onboards on their own channels on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
