Falken supports the family festival in Offenbach

Offenbach, 7 July 2025 – Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, the Offenbach-based subsidiary of Japanese tyre manufacturer Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd., is once again demonstrating its commitment to the local community: the company is supporting this year's family festival in Offenbach with a support of €5,000.

“As a company with local roots, it is important for us to give something back,” says Markus Bögner, Managing Director of Falken Tyre Europe GmbH. “The city of Offenbach has provided us with a strong foundation for over 35 years – thanks to excellent cooperation with municipal institutions, well-functioning networks, and the people who live and work here.”

The family festival, organised by the City of Offenbach in cooperation with numerous institutions, is aimed at families with low and middle incomes. Falken’s contribution will help provide low-threshold activities such as free games and creative workshops, music programmes, and information stands about family services in the city.

Supporting the festival is part of Falken’s long-term commitment to promoting family-friendly structures – both within the company and in the wider community. As an award-winning family-friendly employer, Falken is not only dedicated to creating good working conditions for parents but also to strengthening families as a whole.

The family festival will take place on Sunday, 13 July 2025, in Büsing Park. Admission is free.

Early exit for Falken Motorsports at the 2026 ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring

Despite a strong performance, Falken Motorsports did not have the necessary racing luck at this year’s ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring. After an impressive comeback, the Japanese tyre manufacturer’s team was forced to end the race prematurely in the first half following an unfortunate accident. Up until that point, Klaus Bachler, Morris Schuring, Sven Müller, and Tim Heinemann had been battling for top positions in front of more than 350,000 spectators along the Nordschleife, steadily working their way up the field with consistently fast lap times.
