Falken Zone network reaches 1,000-dealer milestone
Incentives and support contribute to its success in Europe
Falken Tyres’ Falken Zone affiliate programme and support network has reached the impressive milestone of attracting and assisting 1,000 dealers, with new members invited to join the expanding network.
Conceived by Falken to support its wholesalers and dealers with sales and customer engagement, it launched in mid-2020 during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic across Italy, Spain and Greece.
The Falken Zone programme includes a complete marketing package: from advertising and point of sale materials through to digital marketing tools to support tyre dealers, as well as branding kits that can transform an entire store and incentive programmes.
The general agreements for new Falken Zone dealers are particularly appealing thanks to special promotions at the point of sale. In addition, Falken Zone customers have access to Falken's historic European "Says Tanks!" sell-out campaign, which rewards customers purchasing Falken tyres with fuel vouchers for almost six months of the year.
Falken’s country manager for Italy, Fabrizio Manfredi, comments on the initiative: “The programme, launched in the midst of the pandemic in July 2020, has been very well received. We are pleased to be able to support our dealers in this way and create strong relationships within this network, which is extremely important to us.”
Yuri Pérez Alonso, Falken Sales Support Manager Iberia, who is responsible for Spain and Portugal, adds: “Falken Zone has become an effective way to build closer relationships with our end consumers, too. With Falken Zone, customers can learn about the brand’s developments and the innovative technologies behind the high performance of its products.”
