Technical Guide for Falken Tyre Dealers

Valuable information on care, maintenance and other technical topics relating to tyres is contained in the new guide, which Falken will make available to its customers from autumn 2021, partly as a print version and in numerous language versions online in the download area of its webshop.

The 20-page compendium describes the most common causes responsible for complaints, such as excessive vibrations, annoying noises - or irregular wear on tyres. At the same time, solutions are suggested that quickly enable the Falken dealer to professionally eliminate the causes with simple means.

The manual, which is available online in six languages, also provides important tips on tyre care and maintenance. A "Do and Don't" overview on the correct storage of tyres and complete wheels rounds off the information offered to dealers.

"We want to provide our partners with a clear guide that they can use to show their customers quick and uncomplicated solutions to problems that arise," Daniel Hupke, Manager Technical Service & Quality Assurance at Falken Tyre Europe GmbH, is pleased with the publication. "Not only do we offer tyres at an excellent price-performance ratio, but we are also continuously expanding our service offering. Most recently, our 5-year guarantee has met with a very large and positive response, with which we were able to convince numerous dealers of the quality of our tyres", Daniel Hupke continues.

The guide will be available as a PDF download in German, English, French, Italian, Polish and Spanish in the tyre webshop since September, further language versions are planned. For all those who want to have it in their hands: In the near future it will be possible to request print copies in German and English in the B2B Tyre Webshop.
