SISTEMA SAFECALL PARA NOTIFICAR IRREGULARIDADES
En Falken, el bienestar del personal tiene máxima prioridad. Por este motivo, hemos introducido Safecall, un sistema independiente para notificar irregularidades. Esto permite a nuestros compañeros y compañeras expresarse desde el anonimato si tienen la sensación de haber sido tratados de forma incorrecta o haberse visto desfavorecidos en el lugar de trabajo o si tienen algo que objetar sobre otros compañeros. Safecall permite a nuestros/as empleados/as comentar los problemas de forma confidencial y mantener el anonimato.
