Falken at the Autopromotec in Bologna

The tyre brand Falken presents itself at the Autopromotec, the international trade fair for accessories and products of the automotive industry, which takes place from 22 to 26 May 2019 in Bologna/Italy.

On the almost 200 sqm large exhibition stand the wide product range of passenger car, SUV, light truck and truck tyres will be presented. The highlight of the presentation will be the popular UHP tyres for passenger cars and SUVs from Falken AZENIS FK510 and FK510 SUV, which not only convince sporty drivers again and again, but also independent test organisations. The Falken AZENIS FK510 was awarded the title "Exemplary" by AUTO BILD in the last major summer tyre test. Two further summer models complement the tyre presentation: the SINCERA SN832 ECORUN, test winner of the ADAC summer tyre test 2018, and the ZIEX ZE310 ECORUN, which achieved the "Exemplary" rating in the 2018 summer tyre test car image.

The EUROWINTER HS01 represents the winter models for passenger cars and was developed using the innovative Advanced 4D-Nano design technology.

Falken's diverse WILDPEAK range is aimed at off-road drivers: the WILDPEAK A/T AT3WA, which Falken will be launching in summer 2019, will celebrate its premiere at Autopromotec. The SUV or 4X4 tyre combines the performance of an off-road tyre with the high technical development of a road tyre. Since May 2018, the WILDPEAK A/T AT3WA has been proving its performance on the legendary Mercedes-Benz G-Class, which is factory fitted with the tyre. Also on display will be the WILDPEAK M/T for the mud terrain, which was introduced in May 2018 and also fully meets the special requirements of off-road drivers.

At the Autopromotec, drivers of vans and light commercial vehicles can take a close look at three Falken tyres that are tailored to their specific needs: The EUROALL SEASON model VAN11, the summer model LINAM VAN01 and the winter model

EUROWINTER VAN01. The EUROALL SEASON VAN11 was launched in July 2018 and since then stands for wear resistance and safety, combined with an excellent price-performance ratio.

The BI851, RI151 and GI388 models will be exhibited for the truck sector. The RI151 is equipped with a large tread for stable and safe driving, the innovative tread compound ensures high mileage with minimal tyre maintenance, while the large ribs on the outer shoulder are designed to prevent irregular wear.

The GI-388 is particularly suitable for construction vehicles and is specially designed to carry heavy loads on and off the road. The model also features stone ejectors, elements that prevent stones from building up in the tyres. Additional sizes have recently been added to the range so that the model is also available in a 265/70R19.5 143/141J low loader version designed for excellent traction and mileage, especially on dirt roads.

All Falken models are suitable for retreading to reduce environmental impact, save valuable resources and reduce costs.

Gareth Passmore, European Business Development Director, will also be present at the show. "Autopromotec is an industry meeting that is particularly close to our hearts, as Italy is one of our key markets and Autopromotec offers an excellent opportunity to showcase our products and their diversity, but also to strengthen relationships with our local partners," concludes Passmore.

Falken's stand will be located in Hall 20, A16, A22 and B22.
