Falken Motorsports finishes on the podium at the 12h Nürburgring with both Porsche 911 GT3 R

At the sixth round of the Nürburgring Endurance Series, the 63rd Eibach ADAC ACAS Cup and also the first part of this year's 12h Nürburgring, Falken Motorsports was able to celebrate a double overall podium: Klaus Bachler and David Pittard, who started in the #3 Falken Porsche, finished second in the six-hour race. The #4 sister car of Dennis Fetzer and Martin Ragginger completed the podium with a third place overall.

The teams and drivers were faced with special challenges in the first part of the 12h Nürburgring: Not only were there midsummer conditions and temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius in the Eifel, but the finish took place as darkness fell. The difficult conditions caused numerous incidents.

Klaus Bachler and David Pittard nevertheless kept a cool head and, with the exception of a small slip on the Grand Prix circuit, allowed themselves no mistakes. The duo stayed in the leading group throughout the full race and were able to collect kilometers in the lead. After a thrilling finale, the #3 car clinched second place overall. The sister car #4 of Dennis Fetzer and Martin Ragginger also raced at the front and secured the double podium for Falken with third place.

Thus, Falken once again impressively proved that the race tire also works in demanding challenges. Despite the difficult conditions, the slicks delivered consistent performance. As a result, they were instrumental in the double podium finish for the two Porsche 911 GT3 R cars from Falken Motorsports.
