Seasons of Performance - Event to strengthen the partnership between Falken Tyres Europe, Toyota Italy and Austria.

The "Seasons of Performance" event marked the official launch of the collaboration between Toyota Italy, Toyota Austria, and Falken Tyre Europe GmbH.

Approximately twenty participants from Italy and Austria attended the event, held from November 28 to 30 in Lainate, near Milan. The historic circuit provided an ideal setting for simulating real-world driving scenarios in a controlled and safe environment. Participants had the opportunity to experience firsthand the importance of using the right tyres for the right season.

After a welcome and presentation by the responsible Key Account Specialist, David Michalski, which included a tyre training session, it was time for practical implementation on the test track.

Participants were supported by the Falken Italy team, led by Gonzalo di Piero Garcia, Sales Director South/West Europe, Daniele Picerno, Country Manager Italy, and his sales team.

Through a series of specific exercises, attendees experienced the differences between summer, winter, and all-weather tyres first-hand:

1. Driving on dry roads: assessing control and driving behaviour in optimal conditions.

2. Braking on wet roads: highlighting the grip and braking performance of various tyre types.

3. Starting/braking on inclines: simulating extreme conditions to demonstrate differences in traction and stability.

“The event was not only informative but also allowed participants to deepen their expertise and exchange ideas. Thanks to the professional organization and engaging exercises, the distinctions between tyre types were effectively demonstrated,” summarised David Michalski.
